I have used this hotel twice now. It is a great value for the money and located where I need to be. They did not have breakfast but offered a 10% discount at Perkins which is in front of the hotel. Frank at the front desk was GREAT!!! I was told the hotel had been bought by another chain and is to undergo major upgrades before I go back next year but the phone number will be the same. Very happy with this hotel

i have stayed at the courtyard Wilkes Barre multiple times the same as other hotels throughout the east coast, what i like about the the Courtyard Wilkes Barre is they have set the standard high and over the three years i have stayed here that standard has never dropped, even during the worst of Covid. i call this hotel my home from home when ever in PA

The hotel was conveniently situated off the freeway, had a beautiful view of the area, a very comfortable bed and clean accommodations. The breakfast was delicious - there was an option to enjoy the buffet or order separately. The staff were courteous and helpful.

Tucked away behind two good restaurants and a McDonald's within walking distance, this hotel is quiet, clean and comfortable. The options for the continental breakfast are plentiful to please any palette. Parking is wonderful and everyone has a smile for you!

There were a lot of parking spaces available with no extra cost. Furthermore the closeliness to the Mohegan Sun Arena was the reason for us to book this hotel. Sorry to say, but there were the only nice things I can tell about this house.

When I arrived the front desk clerk was very friendly and profeesional and very knowledgeable about the hotel and what it had to offer. My favorite part was the deck bar, bcause the scenery was amazing.

The hotel was very clean. The view of the mountains was beautiful. The staff was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The hotel check-in staff were exceptionally nice.

My booking confirmation had the wrong address as there are two Holiday inn's in wilkes Barre. Once i was given the new address i found the right hotel.

We generally like to stay here every time we go up to the Wilkes Barre area. It's close to the places and family we visit. Price is good for the value.

The lady at the frontdesk with short hair was very friendly. We only booked this hotel for 1 night to travel from Toronto to New York.

Hotel team was really friendly, breakfast was great, beds and sheets were comfortable! Close to a lot of places to eat.
