This Vermont inn is located in the Village Green, which offers shopping and dining. The Woodstock Inn features a full service spa and spacious rooms with flat-screen TVs. Everything. Too much to note, but whatever makes a stay convenient- this inn had it.
Located in historic Woodstock, Vermont, The Birch Grove provides accommodations with free WiFi and free private parking. A vegetarian breakfast is available daily at the bed and breakfast. Cynthia is an excellent innkeeper who makes everyone feel welcomed. She has a very friendly dog who greets you every time you enter the house. Be aware that the two rooms share a bath room but that bath is quite large and has well-appointed fixtures. Also be prepared for a drive on a one-way bridge up a narrow road at quite a slope. My GPS did well finding the property but watch for curves and dips on the way up the hill to the inn.
This Vermont motel, located off Route 4, West Woodstock Road, is 8 minutes’ drive from Woodstock town center and just 15 minutes' drive from the SkyeShip Gondola and Killington ski slopes and 30... The place is well designed and maintained. It was super clean and the staff was super nice.

There was no coffee making capabilities in the room, but we did have a refrigerator. Dinner was exceptional with pizza and the most delicious salads....try the beet salad.

The Woodstocker Inn is located in Woodstock, Vermont, 13 mi from Killington and its ski slopes. This adult-only property offers complimentary 24-hour refreshments. The breakfast was superb! Fresh brioche each morning, fluffy omelettes, perfect pancakes. Fresh cookies in the afternoon--- attention to detail seems top priority with hosts! Library, coffee/tea bar, extremely clean
We visited at the height of the fall season and Woodstock was packed with visitors and was essentially a car park! For us the shops offered nothing particularly of interest, tourist based souvenirs in the main. Restaurants were very busy, no walk ins, need to book well in advance which we did.
What a stunning town! Although my stay was off-season (the end of April), I'd love to see Woodstock either in leaf-peeping season or during winter - it must be amazing Woodstock is super easy to navigate - there just aren't that many streets! While I was too busy with a conference to do much shopping, I did make a point to visit Queechee Gorge and the Antique Mall complex in Queechee. The Toy Museam (on Heather's suggestion) was a fun blast from the past for this tail-end Boomer. For a fabulous picnic, grab a sandwich or salad and some yummy dessert (maple creme brulee?_ from the Farmer's Market and head to East Side Park to watch the river run by :-).
Woodstock is the quintessential Vermont village. Lovely old homes in a classic New England setting, including spired churches, small locally owned retail shops and restaurants. Friendly locals, and amazing countryside. They are in close proximity to a number of first-rate ski resorts and equestrian facilities, as well as local biking, hiking, cross-country and snowshoeing options. A great location for a variety of activities, or just to kick back and enjoy the great outdoors and recharge!
Everything detail...from arrival, throughout stay, and departure was excellent. The hosts and staff were awesome. Breakfast was so palate pleasing...especially their famous Pancakes...a must try! Location is ideal, with easy access to anywhere you want to venture. The Worthy Kitchen and Dr. Coburn's Tonic are great, cost-effective places to grab a bite and beverages. Visiting the covered bridges was wonderful as well.
we love the town of Woodstock and the many times we stayed there ,we gave it a 5 star rating. Unfortunately they never mentioned the covid problems and what they were doing . We over paid for the room. They lost a good customer.
A quaint, historic town. Covered bridge, lovely shops, galleries, wonderful restaurants , and museums. Great for outdoor people with local golf course and ski areas close by. Easy walking town on the river. Many other historic sites a short drive from Woodstock. Many festivals & theatre in town. Love to kick our X-mas holidays off with the Wassail Weekend Events. Enjoy!
Their contactless check-in and property use was so, so easy! The deluxe suite was 2 floors and the bathroom was beautiful! The South Woodstock General Store is literally right next door and driving to Woodstock for dinner was easy. Several great restaurants in Woodstock (10 minute drive) that do to-go and the food was delicious. We live an hour away from Woodstock and were just looking for a change of pace for a night and this was wonderful!

very clean property! walking distance to shops/restaurants in Woodstock. i wish we had known that most places are closed on Sunday and even Monday for some. take note of that! We’re from MI and that’s just not something we would have known. MI tourism is huge- places like shops and restaurants just wouldn’t close on Sundays.
The location is amazing, views of the river and a short walk in to Woodstock centre. Convenient store directly across the road. We picked the corner river view room and strongly recommend it!
Loved the Fireworks right outside our hotel room! Great dinner at 506! Our bed was very comfortable and liked the layout of our room!
An excellent stop just outside of Woodstock. Great bed, helpful owner, nice amenities, comfortable room with cute art on the wall.
Beautiful property, gracious host, near shops, restaurants. Cynthia even made our dinner reservation.
The hotel garden is extraordinarily beautiful, and is located in a picturesque town.
