Located 25 miles away from Joshua Tree National Park, this hotel features an outdoor pool and hot tub. All guest rooms offer free Wi-Fi. The hotel is jusr great, great beds, huge room, big pool, great hot whirlpool, laundry room, billiard! and a cool retro game machine with Simpsons.
Located in Yucca Valley, 1.4 miles from Hi-Desert Nature Museum and 4.4 miles from Black Rock Canyon Visitor Centre, Desert Serenity in Yucca/Joshua Tree w/AC & Fire pit offers air conditioning. It was a pleasant surprise to open the door and see the spacious, clean and well done interior. It had every thing there that we could possibly want or need. The outside fire pit and the sunset were great.
We took a nature hike in a Nature Preserve (can't recall the name) with the great-grand-kids in Morongo Valley, just south of Yucca Valley. On our way home we drove through Joshua Tree National Forest & did one of the shorter hikes (to the old dam). It's a must do for those who haven't driven through the forest. Yucca Valley is a very pretty & clean town. We encountered no pan-handlers at the intersections! That was very nice!! I'll give a shout out for the Mexican restaurant, La Casita Nueva, just a couple buildings down from the Super 8 motel. Great food & bar for cocktails.
Great area that is close to all that Joshua Tree has to offer. We went to visit Pioneer town and to see a show at Pappys and Harriet's. This hotel is very close to everything we came to see. There is also a breakfast spot right off the main highway that was really good and close to our stay. I believe it was C & J Cafe.
Beautiful town located right in the heart of the desert and close to Joshua Tree National Park. It has all of your needed conveniences, stores, restaurants, etc. and it was super easy to get around. I was traveling solo and felt very comfortable. The people were also friendly and helpful with answering any questions I had.
Rooms were clean and reception was very accommodating. When I booked it advertised a balcony room with mountain views, but when I git there I was on the ground floor. I kindly asked and they upgraded the room! Awesome family run hotel.
It is the gateway to Joshua tree national park. Yucca Valley has plenty of modern conveniences and a good place to stock up before camping or staying in the area. People are friendly and it's easy to navigate your way around. The views around the town are amazing from deep valleys and rocky Joshua tree covered hills the landscape is the star.
It's such a beautiful little city. There are several cute shops to browse as well as a wonderful little café to hang out in. It's right by Joshua tree so there are plenty of opportunities to go on long and short hikes. The sunrises and sunsets are to die for! The mountains all around make the backdrop of the city even more beautiful.
Don’t be fooled by the exterior, this place is much cleaner, more comfortable, and more accommodating than you would normally expect at a budget chain hotel. Our room was spotless and large, and the beds were very comfortable. It’s close to JT Nat’l Park, groceries (has fridge, microwave, iron, etc) and restaurants. Staff is extremely nice and allowed us to check out a day early with no penalty after our plans changed. Also excellent value. Will be our first choice when we return to Joshua Tree.
Good location, near Joshua Tree NP. Big spacious room. Clever and fast staff - I was exhausted by my arrival and the front manager was soo quick and kind. Gas station across the street gave me the best price, like 2.90 or something on Jan 2019. This gas station is a good candidate to buy your snacks and beverages in case you missed groceries. (This is about the gas station not the hotel)
The location is nice, close to Joshua Tree park entrance and she accepted we had our puppy (but did have to pay extra $20 per night). The unit is big with a separate back large bedroom - lots of space - much more than a hotel room or suite. Nice fire pit so we sat around one evening and had s'mores. But had to go out and buy our own firewood.
We came to Yucca Valley for a wedding. The house was spotless , with beautiful Mountains, a terrific and spacious rental. 3 bedrooms, roku tv, full kitchen, wonderful jacuzzi, all the nicest towels and blankets imaginable . Owner very responsive to texts. I loved it!
The bedrooms with 2 queen beds are clean, the beds are nice, and the hotel is really well located (10 min from Joshua trees park entrance) A lot of small restaurants near by Really good value for money
The hotel is jusr great, great beds, huge room, big pool, great hot whirlpool, laundry room, billiard! and a cool retro game machine with Simpsons.
