Staff was super nice and helpful. The owner even gave us a ride to the restaurant to have dinner. Breakfast was good and had a lot of options available. Very clean and close to the airport.

We recently stayed at the Antalya Grand Palace Hotel in Urgench, and our experience was a mixed bag. To start with, the room we were assigned was decent but unfortunately faced a busy road, which resulted in a constant noise level day and night. This made it quite challenging to relax and enjoy our stay fully. We had hoped for a more peaceful environment. On a brighter note, the hotel staff were commendable. Farangiz, in particular, stood out with her exceptional service and friendliness. She was always available to assist and made our stay feel a bit more welcoming.

a brand new local-type hotel very close to the Urgench airport. It's very clean and has very friendly, helpful reception staff; they organized my pick up from the airport and a taxi for Nukus.

    Urgench was a disappointment during my travels.

    Urgench was a disappointment during my travels. I only visited because I was en route to Khiva, and unfortunately, the city did not meet my expectations. It felt very impoverished, with a lack of notable attractions. The only significant site is an amusement park, but it’s not in the best condition and doesn’t offer much in terms of entertainment or appeal.
