The service! Especially at the front desk. They have a fellow by the name of Cung who was incredibly helpful. He helped us with travel arrangements going to Phu Quoc Island. This saved us a lot of time and relieved us of some anxiety in figuring out logistics.

A very nice family owned accommodation with good food and activity recommendations. If you are interested in learning more about local living you will be welcomed here. Some comments mentioned hard mattresses but for me it was comfortable. Just depends on the individual's preferences. Jess even arranged for transportation as well as motorbike rentals. Staying with Bosa and his family has been the highlight of our Vietnam trip. They made us feel very welcome and gave us a good insight into real Vietnamese life - not the tourist version. The house is amazing. Sitting on the deck watching the river was very relaxing. It was a great contrast from Ho Chi Minh City, our previous destination. Bosa was our guide for a day doing floating markets, markets and city. It was great to be with a local host as it didn’t feel touristy. Phoenix’s home cooked meals were amazing - the best food in Vietnam. Definitely a highlight.

We went on 3 excursions: sunset, lush countryside and the floating market. All of them were worth the expense but hands down the “Lush countryside” excursion was the best! Trung was a great guide and seeing how the locals lived and their livelihoods was great. The bike ride is easy and so worthwhile! Great hotel, fantastic breakfast and lots of options for dinner. Would definitely go back!
