The staff is so responsive and caring. The best customer experience ever! They dedicate enough time to explain to you about the best spots in the town, good tailors and how to move around. They also provide bicycles. The location is great as well! close enough to the Old town and bars, but very quiet as well for resting. The pool is a great addition for hot days in Hoi An.

Everything was great..The reception desk was so helpful. Couldn't get a bus ticket to Vinh. Cuong set me up with a private car, also got me train ticket from Vinh to Hanoi. So helpful and would do anything for you. Great wifi, cable TV and good bathroom and bed. Highly recommend this hotel..

First class ALL THE WAY. Everything you'd ever need or want in a stay. We are backpacking Vietnam and this was a welcome respit from road hotels. Morning Yoga and Tai chi hit the spot. Even got to meet the local artist in their art gallery after purchasing a painting. Close to Labadang memory space. The only Hue spot we stayed and it was THE BEST.

I absolutely loved this place. We were about 11 people during this trip, we were all happy and comfortable during our stay. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean, and had a good view to either the garden or the pool. The breakfast was refreshing and a good start to the day. The staff were really nice and the entire process of check-in/out was seamless. I will definitely come back, and recommend this place to anyone visiting this place. Absolutely worth the money for such a beautiful place.
