The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located with a nice rooftop with a view on the city. The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean. We highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Hanoï 🏨

it was very clean and was warm on our arrival. We left early and couldn’t attend breakfast so they prepared the night before elect for us. I needed some assistance with calling a service provider and they also assisted me with this. Not only was the property great but the customer service was excellent too.

Very conveniently located in the old quarter which made it super convenient to walk around to wherever we needed. Josie, one of the receptionists, was an absolute gem! She was in constant touch even before we got to Vietnam and took care of arranging our trip to Ha Long Bay and bus tickets for the trip ahead. She was a major part of what made our trip perfect!

Excellent location in the Old Quarter. Though the neighourhood that the hotel is in is very busy, the hotel felt like a secret zen escape. It was a joy to come back to it each time we would go out. Loved the skybar. Excellent breakfast. Very spacious rooms. Staff was very welcoming and courteous. Would highly recommend for a stay in Hanoi.

This property is an easy walk from the train station and an even easier walk to Hanoi's famous train street. You can also walk to the old quarter but for everything else it's an convenient grab ride. The room was large and well appointed (fridge and hair dryer!). The manager Ms. Huyen was awesome: she reached out to me before I arrived on whatsapp, let me check in early, and let me extend my stay an extra night via text with no issues. If you're looking for somewhere conveniently located, reasonably priced, and with a friendly staff to stay in central Hanoi give this place a go!

Stayed on two occasions ( beginning and end of our trip 5 nights) at this hotel with another couple we were travelling with. It is in a reasonably quiet street a few minutes walk from the centre of old town and close to everything you want. Staff all incredibly helpful and charming. Rooms comfortable, the more expensive ones bigger, Aircon , tons of hot water, great breakfast buffet with optional eggs pancakes etc at no charge. Would definitely recommend to any age group of travellers.
