Central location - everything you need is at a stone’s throw away. They allowed early check-in as they happened to have availability. Impeccable coffee at the cafe downstairs - try the salted and egg coffee specifically. You get a 10% discount. Though it’s at the bustling old quarter, it’s still in an area with comparatively lesser traffic. I honestly can’t recommend this property enough - I know I’ll be coming back!

Honestly one of the best places I’ve stayed in Hanoi. The apartment was on the 5th floor with a stunning lake view, and it was just so peaceful. Super clean and really nicely decorated too. I loved the little café on the ground floor perfect for a quick coffee or cheese cake. The area feels like a small, quiet island but still close enough to the city center. Big shout out to the team especially Cuc for being so helpful and kind. I had an early flight and they arranged everything for me.

We had a great stay at the Vincent apartment and we gladly recommend it! The apartment manager, Loan, was very kind and helpful throughout our stay and even contacted us before our arrival to make sure everything is going smoothly. The room was nice, clean and cosy and the location is close to the main sightseeing places. We will be happy to stay here again!

So lucky to have reserved this apartment. The facility was great, but what really made it perfect was the staff. Mrs. Tam, the host, was incredibly kind to me. I fell ill with pneumonia/tonsillitis while in Hanoi and Mrs. Tam constantly communicated with me on WhatsApp while I recuperated. She made sure I was OK and had everything I needed and her staff brought me food, etc. And her lovely cleaning lady even accompanied me to the hospital to see a doctor. I cannot thank them enough for taking such good care of me as a solo traveler, so far away from home. The apartment itself was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The washer dryer combination was an amazing addition so I could wash clothes, and the kitchenette had all utensils, and even a rice cooker. Hanoi is a hectic, chaotic city, but this apartment is outside the main tourist area, sitting on a side street and is somehow tucked away from the urban craziness. It’s actually quiet at night. The location is right off of West Lake and it’s just a short walk/grab ride to the city’s old quarter. Oh, and the price is excellent as well.
