I loved this hotel! Big bedroom with comfortable bed. Plenty of space to move around. There is not elevator but the staff were very helpful and carried my luggage up and down. The property is walking distance to the river where I found pretty coffee shops, especially the ones suspended on top of the river. The staff were very friendly, sweet and attentive. One of the most beautiful facts about Vietnam is how lovely people are. Great breakfast and they help in booking transportation to the next destination. I highly recommend Loop Central Stay!

Mr Ninh was super nice and helpful. He was with us even at 3 in the morning explaining us everything and making sure we had enough time to eat, sleep and shower so we can enjoy the tour. Our easy riders where super nice and brought us to meet amazing locals, sing karaoke, eat local food and of course see the beautiful northern Vietnam.

It was truly the best hotel we've stayed in Vietnam. We booked the double bedroom but as we needed a desk so we could work, they upgraded the room without charging a single dong. They even lent us 2 bicycles(for cycling not motorbikes) which we returned with a broken pedal and a flat tyre but they wouldn't accept a cent so they could fix them. Everyone is helpful, hospitable and kind. We recommend it 100%

Comfortable room for the night. The best part of the stay was the motorcycle tour on the Ha Giang Loop and guides our host, Liem, set us up with. We were a small group of 4 and our guides made sure we were very well taken care of. Definitely a trip highlight!!

The property was wonderfully unique. The rooms were spacious, well appointed and clean. The most impressive aspect of the stay was the amazing owner and manager. She was extraordinary in going far beyond what could be expected in providing assistance, help and support. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was clean and functional - bungalows, AC, bathroom, pool. Staff was so nice. Food was good. A wonderful place to relax before or after the loop. Beautiful scenery and lots of cute kitties and puppies!

    The bus trip from Hanoi is a bit of a challenge but once you get here, that seems irrelevant. A peaceful place provided you find suitable accommodation, preferably in a homestay away from the main part of town.

    Words cannot describe this amazing experience.

    Words cannot describe this amazing experience. The guide and drivers were beyond friendly and extremely considerate of their riders especially on the bumpy roads and the honestly in Dong Van was stunning. The views seen at every stop was beyond breathtaking and fun to be had at night with happy water and Kareoke. Was the absolute highlight of my time in Vietnam and I would fully encourage others to add it to their must do list.

    Ha Giang is quite simply beautiful outside of the city. The surrounding areas to the city are stunning and really worth any difficulty in getting there. The people are friendly and welcoming. Go if you can!

    This is my first time coming to Ha Giang, booking a cheap room with such quality. We traveled from Sapa to Ha Giang quite late but the host still helped us check in at 10pm. Room is clean and fully equipped.
