The retreat is a beautiful oasis in Mai Chau. The pool is a special gem of the retreat. We loved that it was eco friendly and all of the products and food spoke to this. The meals were delicious and fresh. The room was comfortable and had AC which was a pleasant touch. The property is beautiful and was the perfect place to stop and relax for a day. Highly recommend!

Thao was an amazing host, very sweet and welcoming. We loved our time at the farmstay. Cozy rooms with privacy with the curtains. We also appreciated the mosquito net very much. The mattresses were hard but very comfortable, perfect for us. The location was beautiful , very peaceful, just rent some bicycles and go. Breakfast and dinner were delicious as well, make sure to go for the surprise dinner, it’s worth it.

We stayed for two nights and enjoyed every moment. Everything was clean and new, there was hot water in the shower, clean towels and sheets. The family also own a vegetarian restaurant, and the food was great! Good location also, and can help with transport, motorbikes and bikes.

Nordic Village was everything we could've hoped for - it's tucked away in a pine forest in the middle of the Vietnamese countryside and I swear the temperature drops 15 degrees and all humidity is gone as soon as you step onto their grounds. The cabin was incredible and the bathroom was stunning with the huge stone bathtub and large window looking out into the forest. They made us dinner every night and the food was some of the best we had on our whole trip. Don't book anywhere else, this is the best place we've ever stayed.

Very beautiful location and friendly owners, we loved it. We loved our small and peaceful terrace in front of the bungalow. You can have a free bicycle to go around. The area is very beautiful. The hike from the accommodation recommended by the owner was very enjoyable and peaceful. We did the private tour by car as well, but for us it can be skipped. It wasn't cheap and it wasn't a whole day or at least it should be done during a nice sunny day, so you can enjoy longer and swim in the waterfall. We didn't because it was very windy and chilly. The accommodation is perfect for warm weather, but if it's chilly when you visit consider somewhere else with better isolation. We weren't prepared at all for a cold day, luckily it was our last day of 3. If you have time 3 nights are ok, if you don't I would do 2, but only one is not enough to enjoy the place! :)
