I loved the proximity to restaurants, shopping centres and markets. I visited the markets all on foot. One was ten mins away and the others about 15 and 20 by foot. Two of them in the same direction.
Room with clean and I had a balcony. It’s not a wide balcony though so don’t get your hopes up. I chose the balcony because there was natural light.
I liked that in my room you could order included unlimited beer which was a nice touch.
Internet in my room was okay and I did manage to watch some streaming movies on my laptop.
Oh and breakfast was pretty good too.

Whether you decide to visit the Notre-Dame Cathedral, the City Hall, or the Municipal Theatre, you’ll see the care shown by Saigonese people in preserving their historic legacy. On the other hand, the Haussmann-style boulevards are typically packed with small motorcycles that make every street crossing a whole new experience.

Ho Chi Minh City was amazing! Lots of great street food and places to explore. Getting around is easy, Grab taxis were cheap and eating at local operators were the best even if they did not speak english very well.

Travel to Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City) before you travel to Hanoi! So travel South to North. If not you might be disappointed as you'll be heading from scenic green mountains and landscapes, to a bustling crowded City and lots of noise. Depends what you prefer. Saigon has great street food, and neon nightlife. Good party atmosphere, if that's your thing.
But Hanoi has more charm and life there seems a little slower paced.

Three maybe four days is ideal.
Three maybe four days is ideal. Time to view the sights, go to Cu Chi tunnels and museum [both a must do], do a street food tour, visit a few roof top bars, find a few secret bars, eat at a couple of good restaurants as well as a few small street foodie places, go find a coffee corner and check out the markets, there are a few. Use GRAB to get around or just walk.

I absolutely hated it.
I absolutely hated it. Traffic is horrendous and people were extremely rude. All they see when they look at the white person is 💰 🤑. Tney don't care about anything else. Go up North instead, much better! The airport was so busy it's ridiculous. Never again.

Central location in district 1, close to many restaurants.
Walking distance to the main attractions of Ho Chi Minh City.
The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, with a nice bathroom with bath.
I loved the restaurant at the top floor, where every morning a rich buffet breakfast is provided. Several options, from local to American food, and lot of fresh fruits.
Professional staff, available to provide information about the services provided by the hotel, but also cheaper alternatives around it.
Such a lovely place to stay in district 1! A 15-20 minute walk from key places in the city but was an oasis of calm set back from the main road. Rooms were so well put together - really bright and airy with a comfortable bed! Super warm reception with top tips for food recommendations and help with booking a day trip from Ho Chi Minh City.
The hotel is in a great location in the middle of district 1. Personnel is really friendly, they even gave us flowers, a card and room upgrade because we visited for our honeymoon! Really kind.
The rooftop bar and mini-pool is really great as well, just to cool down and unwind after a day in the (hot) city.
city center, near Ben Thanh market. all the shops, cafes, restaurant are nearby. It is good for your trip in few days in Ho Chi Minh city. The room with balcony is good, lighty but noisy from the street. The room inside without balcony is mor quiet but smaller and darker with small window.
Location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of district 1, the breakfast was very nice .
We got upgraded to a room with a roof terrace that had amazing views of the city
