Everything served is fresh, and we really enjoyed it along with the view. The coffee area, in particular, has a spectacular and picturesque view overlooking the rice fields. The weather is lovely and cool, making me feel like I'm immersed in an '80s movie.

Tom the host is outstanding in everything and made our stay in Pu Luong unforgetable. With information about the people and reserve, sights to see and trekking options, Tom is the perfect mediator for Pu Luong. The hotel is lovely, the view exceptional and the pool refreshing. The food is extremely tasty and portions are generous, we had the fish in soy sauce 2 nights in a row. The hotel was full the 2nd night, so Tom organized a homestay with a swèet family down the road and we enjoyed the hotel facilities, including a vietnamese culture evening with music and dancing. Thanks Tom for an exceptional time.

It was wonderful to stay at the Serenity Resort. Very friendly staff and everything was very clean. Every morning we got pancakes with fruit, and if desired, an egg for breakfast. Delicious. Moreover, it was very nice that we could rent a scooter for a reasonable price.

I stayed 3 nights and the room was great and clean, it had everything I needed for my stay. There was always hot water in the shower. The staff was amazing, they listened to anything I had to say and provided anything I needed, including laundry, water bottles, fruits and anything I want for breakfast, all free of charge. The breakfast and dinner was delicious and in big proportions. The location is good and has amazing views to the mountain ahead. You can actually go on a few day treks by yourself leaving from the hotel (for example the bat cave). The staff were so kind and took care of everything!!!
