This was everything that we needed! We flew into Hanoi at 1:30AM. I had booked only 5 hours earlier. They were prompt at communication and offered a very inexpensive airport transfer. The room was very quiet and even had a plant on the table which I thought was a very nice touch!

It was amazing!! from all the hotels we stayed in Vietnam this was the cleanest!! The food was amazing, the staff absolutely helpful and friendly. The pool was a bit cold but it's ok we were explained this is due to the season which is fair enough. Even though it is not close to the usual attractions in Vietnam we found this hotel was a hidden gem. Thank you so much for looking after us. I am a hotelier myself so I was surprised with the level of professionalism from the staff.
