Hien went out of her way to help us get from our bus to her home and then arranged the bus to pick us up conveniently. Everything is very modern and clean but has the warmth of a family home - perfect!

The rooms are bright and very clean. The bed is very good, the shower is hot. There is a kettle in the room. We stayed four nights and felt really comfortable. The owners are uncomplicated, friendly and very correct. We were able to park our bikes safely in the house. You get a lot of value for money here.

Excellent stay. Clean, comfortable. Very good location: near all the main sites. A number of good and inexpensive local restaurants around. Nice, leafy neighbourhood. And the staff is wonderful: very helpful, smiley, making sure you have a nice stay. Highly recommended. As for Dien Bien Phu: good city, well worth visiting. People are lovely.

The man was so friendly running his Homestay. I booked a room at almost 1am and we got to his Homestay at 4:30 am. He picked up the phone and let us in, no questions asked. He was so great. Service here has been fantastic and apologized for his bad English, which he had no need for.

The location was central to my needs, surrounded by tasty, inexpensive food and the historic sites I’d traveled so far to see. The experience was made exceptional by the young female receptionist whose communication was stellar and assisted me with getting a motorbike driver to tour the surrounding area and transportation to my next destination. Because of her efforts I was able to fully maximize my time in Dien Bien Phu and achieve far more than I could have on my own. The room was beautiful with an amazing view and the most comfortable bed and best bathroom I’ve yet encountered in Vietnam. My stay was thoroughly enjoyable and exceeded my expectations.
