The property was tucked away just off of the main road, so it was easy to access yet far enough away that you didn’t get too much street noise and traffic. The room itself was quaint and had everything a person would need for a stay after a day of trekking or adventuring in the town. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional and the manager was kind enough to include us in the buffet breakfast even though we didn’t originally have that included in our stay. The hotel provided a wonderful spread of food for the breakfast as well. We also booked a very last minute tour through the hotel and they arranged it for us which was helpful!

The best 5 star hotel I've stayed at during my entire HK and North to South Vietnam trip, very large spacious room with excellent mountainside view. Reception staff super accommodating, also additional staff coming around during breakfast time offering coffee to be made by them. Reception also were very informative about things to do and see. Shuttle very easy to organise via Whatsapp message.

Lovely hotel, and I would definitely recommend. The staff were excellent; they were attentive and friendly without being too much. The location of the hotel was just a couple of minutes from the main square and everything was in walking distance. Room was comfortable and spacious and everything was very clean.

Pao's Sapa Leisure Hotel is located beautifully in front of one of Sapa's many valleys, looking at typical rice terraces and mountains. Besides very friendly and supportive staff, the hotel offers a nice restaurant and spa experience. The gym is also well equipped and offers enough equipment for a good workout. I'll be happy to visit again next time I'm around.
