After a long night of travelling with two kids,getting a driver waiting at the airport with the name placard,reaching this hotel within no time and then crashing on the clean ,comfy and huge beds was heavenly. Lanh' s hospitality was superb. She gave us fresh fruit and chocolates.Further taxi and currency was also sorted. Would highly recommend this as a transit hotel.

Honestly one of the best places I’ve stayed in Hanoi. The apartment was on the 5th floor with a stunning lake view, and it was just so peaceful. Super clean and really nicely decorated too. I loved the little café on the ground floor perfect for a quick coffee or cheese cake. The area feels like a small, quiet island but still close enough to the city center. Big shout out to the team especially Cuc for being so helpful and kind. I had an early flight and they arranged everything for me.

So lucky to have reserved this apartment. The facility was great, but what really made it perfect was the staff. Mrs. Tam, the host, was incredibly kind to me. I fell ill with pneumonia/tonsillitis while in Hanoi and Mrs. Tam constantly communicated with me on WhatsApp while I recuperated. She made sure I was OK and had everything I needed and her staff brought me food, etc. And her lovely cleaning lady even accompanied me to the hospital to see a doctor. I cannot thank them enough for taking such good care of me as a solo traveler, so far away from home. The apartment itself was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The washer dryer combination was an amazing addition so I could wash clothes, and the kitchenette had all utensils, and even a rice cooker. Hanoi is a hectic, chaotic city, but this apartment is outside the main tourist area, sitting on a side street and is somehow tucked away from the urban craziness. It’s actually quiet at night. The location is right off of West Lake and it’s just a short walk/grab ride to the city’s old quarter. Oh, and the price is excellent as well.

The staff were very helpful! Hanna is great! Our room was clean and comfortable! Each unit has a washing machine on the balcony, which is wonderful! Enough basic dishes and cookware to make your own meals. We bought an inexpensive dish drainer, a few more cooking utensils, and a couple of extra dish towels as we stayed for 10 weeks. Close to Lotte Mall with a large supermarket in the basement. Also, a small WinnMart down the alley--a few steps out the door. Try Jewel Diner down the road. Several bus stops nearby. The city busses are an inexpensive way to get around. We found that Google Map was usually very accurate in routes and times, often better than the Hanoi Bus app. We are headed back to Hanoi for another month and will stay at Joy Apartment Tay Ho again!
