The team at the hotel were absolutely perfect. Helen helped us organise our days and was knowledgeable and kind. She quickly organised our transfers and assisted in as many ways as needed and possible. All staff were friendly and helpful and we would definitely be coming back our next visit to Da Nang.

Staff were super nice and helpful, all of them! And when they knew I was going to bus station alone, they were very concerned about my safety and helped me to contact taxi driver. I really enjoyed staying there, room also very clean and beautiful. Love from China ❤️

Loved our stay. World class facilities. Used the well equipped gym daily, breakfast was absolutely perfect with SO many options. Probably my favorite breakfast of all our hotel stays around Vietnam. We enjoyed the location (we liked the more chilled beach) and walked/drove the scooter if we wanted to visit any of the others. The room with the sea view was great and appreciate the balcony and bath tub.
