The hotel welcome you with nice local cinnamon and ho ey tea. Since our train arrived early, they allowed us to freshen up and shower at the pool common area with clean towels provided. Breakfast spread was exceptional! Though initially stated on booking.com that they provide halal food - however there was none available. However the vegetable options are food and the chef made us pho vegetable out of his curteosy ☺️ Lastly they gave us a goodbye pack with pastry and fruits for our train journey back to Hanoi. Generally was a pleasant stay! Will definitely come back again

Absolutely beautiful hotel that almost feels out of place and time. In certain unique spaces like the swimming pool with big statues and ethereal music or the bridge outside on the tenth floor under heavy fog, you get a sense of the awe-inspiring architecture and creativity that went into putting all that together. The room had the classical and modern elements required to cater for a comfortable experience. The breakfast buffet was rich and abundant that can appeal to all kinds of taste and preferences. Sauna and hot steam bath was great after a cold day walking around Sapa. Staff was friendly, especially the front desk who also arranged a transfer vehicle for us back to Hanoi. Special thanks to Tina who went above and beyond to help us resolve an issue we had with the driver and ensured we reached our destination without any further hassle.

feels like home..Mr Kim and his staff very attentive to us.The place is clean and breakfast was awesome.Not so many choices but taste is good.We even do laundry there.Small hotel but service is good.Mr Kim also help us booked ticket to Fansipan and even gave us bahn me for all of us before we leave his place.He is very kind and thoughtful.

We were only here for 2 days but could easily have stayed at least an extra 2 days to see more. Sap was great for Fansipan the highest Mountain in Indochina, Cat Cat village, Moana Sapa and the culture. We had a herbal hot tub at one of the Spa places and it was a great experience, highly recommended as it is something you can't always do. We had the buffet lunch at Fansipan and we had dinner at the local night markets which was great. We caught the sleeper bus up and the sleeper train back down but the bus journey to the train station was a bit hectic. I think you can easily just use another sleeper bus to your next destination. Grab is so easy and cheap here.

Beautiful gentle people, lots of Hmong and ethnic culture. Would have liked to have taken the cable car to Fansipan but the weather was too cloudy. However, we took the train to the cable car station and spent 3 hours there. I have never seen such beautiful gardens with hydrangeas and roses and so many other flowers. There were fantastic village productions of the culture including dancing that should not be missed.

So much to do in sapa, really nice spot but would want good weather as it gets foggy and don’t see anything. Also bring warm clothes because you just never know and evening times are always colder. But overall a beautiful place to see

The best part being in Sa Pa is the trip to Mount Fansipan.

The best part being in Sa Pa is the trip to Mount Fansipan. We came in October and it was foggy the whole time. We did not see the view of the clouds because we were in the clouds I would say. It was still an amazing experience to reach the 'roof of Indochina' - twas mystical and spiritual for me. I was kind of emotional when the National Anthem of Vietnam was played during the flag raising at the summit. of all the restos we ate, we love Cozy Restaurant near our hotel. The flavors of the food were just right for us.

Trekking Sapa's guide Ly accompanied us on a 3 day trek through the mountain villages and at two lhomestays with local families. An amazing, authentic experience that has given us so many great memories. Highly recommend! Food and accomodation in Sapa before and after were great, town is very easy to walk around with cool lights around the lake and the many restaurants.

Beautiful new hotel on the hills overlooking the town! We got an upgrade and had our own little bungalow with a view (though mostly clouded) and the breakfast room was also nice with top to bottom windows! We arrived in the middle of the night, but were still welcomed in a friendly and happy way by the staff. In general, this was the most friendly staff we had in all hotels across Vietnam. And there was a cute cat as well! We would definitely come back!

Sorry but I can’t say much good about this hotel, although they asked me to give them a 10 star review. This is not how it works. The staff were very friendly and tried to be helpful but it wasn’t enough. I waited writing this review to see first how other hotels in Vietnam will be and if it is like this in general, but most other ones were very good. My recommendation is to try to maintain your property instead of asking for good reviews!

I don’t usually write reviews but this place was exceptional. This has been my favourite hotel during my time in Vietnam. For me, what set it apart was the service - the staff are so lovely and go above and beyond to make sure you are ok. The room was also excellent, I booked one with a balcony and everything was great - clean, lots of space and spectacular view. Hope to return one day!
