Everything is excellent. Good wifi, basic but good breakfast, good pool area, walking distance to Mua cave and restaurants. Clean, great staff. They even helped me organize a great tour in Han Long Bay and arranged the transportation. Excellent service! Lastly, the pictures aren't accurate, the place is much better than the pictures.

The pool is shallow and my son could touch the bottom at the shallow end. The staff also lent us some water wings for my son to swim. The staff were so helpful and kind. The room was really clean and we were provided towels every day. We used the accommodation bikes to get around - one of my favorite places to stay in Vietnam. Super family friendly.

The family that runs this hotel is the sweetest! And they have great customer service. Everything is brand new and working great, towels, hair dryer, bedding, everything was great. The breakfast selection was perfect, they had a mix of Vietnamese food and western, and had bun rieu one morning and pho the next. So great!! Near all the restaurants and town center and a really great pizza place across the street. I really recommend this hotel.
