Very nice hotel in the center of the old quarter. Good location and operating system. Staff are superb and attentive, plus points for the friendly service. The room is clean and spacious to compare with the other hotels in the old quarters, beautiful decorations with 3D picture of attractions. Breakfast is amazing, love “Pho”. Highly recommended!

Hotel located in center of old quarter , many Michelin restaurants and cafes around ,2 minutes waiking from night market . Room is cozy , clean and breakfast was lovely, but the best thing i love from this hotel is service from the staff . Vivian always patient and helpful when i asking any questions , always giving a big smile and being friendly and gave me all recommendation . Because of her i will definitely comeback here . She even book the tour for me with great deal.Thank you Vivian and all teams .

I received dedicated support, the room was clean and beautiful, near Hoan Kiem Lake and places to eat. The owner even changed me to a bigger and more spacious room than the room I booked. Airport pick-up service was on time and pleasant
