JapanI recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and during my stay, I unfortunately broke my foot. From the moment it happened, the staff, particularly Fou and Ben, went above and beyond to take care of me. Ben called the ambulance, gave me his crutches (!), and Fou accompanied me to the hospital and stayed with me the entire time, offering incredible support and comfort.
The whole team felt like family—checking on me constantly while I was confined to my room for three days due to the injury. They also ensured I had everything I needed, from transportation to meals. I was truly amazed by the level of personal attention and care I received throughout my stay.
This wasn’t just customer service; it felt like genuine compassion. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, especially if you're looking for a place where the staff genuinely care about your well-being. They turned what could have been a difficult situation into a much more manageable and even heartwarming experience.

New ZealandThe breakfast was excellent, such a wide selection, from fruit and cereals to hot food, Samoan traditional dishes, cheese and cold meats. The omelettes were delicious and came very quickly. Would recommend ordering these! The layout of the hotel was lovely. It was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed cocktails in the bar next to the foyer most nights and the staff were super welcoming and helpful. It was lovely chilling out by the pool and being able to order food and drinks, the milkshakes were delicious. The place was very tidy and well kept. We had a couple of evening meals which were also delicious. The hotel was very central to the marina and only a 10 minute walk to town and the information centre. Our room was spacious and the shower was lovely. We didn’t use the bath. The pool was warm and clean. The swim up bar was a nice treat for us.
