I enjoy Shopping around, restaurants and cafes, early morning and evening walks around the seawalls, it can get really hot between 8am to 6pm.
What I didnt like is the poor customer service, especially at government offices and shops, I did not feel as if they really care! Different staff member gives me different prices when I asked to pay something. Some of them are so dishonest! They keep you waiting for hours, when it is just a simple thing to sort it out.
Only a few places that provided good customer service the rest neede to be educated.
The Lelago Eco Lodge was the only best place I have ever stayed in Samoa. Top notch professional and personal service. Rut, the hostess is Authentic and compassion.

Apia is a beautiful place to visit.
Apia is a beautiful place to visit. You should be prepared with an itinerary if travelling solo or as a couple, or family with small kids. Although alot of those of Samoan heritage would spend a bit of time with family. We spent a little time with family, and managed to visit my grandma's headstone and do up her floral arrangement and solar lights. The temperature I know alot of people would love. Its tropical, certain villages with white sand beaches are serene and tranquil. I will always make time to go back to my home island.

Piula water cave, Togitogiga Waterfall (free), to-sua trench and the clam sanctuary were our favourite activities.

Apia is such a welcoming and vibrant place. Even when I’m here for work, it still feels like a getaway – the pace of life is relaxed, the people are incredibly friendly, and the natural beauty all around makes every day feel special.
There’s a great balance between local culture, good food, and spots to unwind. Whether it’s enjoying a cold drink by the water, exploring the markets, or just soaking up the atmosphere, Apia always delivers a memorable experience.

There is so much more to Samoa to see than just Apia.
There is so much more to Samoa to see than just Apia. There are many beautiful resorts on the southern side of the island and many great snorkelling spots.
2 restaurants we enjoyed in Apia with Paddles and Giodarno's.
We hired a car which made getting around alot easier & I would highly recommend

My room was spacious with a nice view over the fantastic swimming pool. Bellas restaurant offers great food but the best part is all of the amazing people from the family owners to the staff, always smiling and making sure you are happy. You can walk in to Apia town from here, i recommend a taxi ride, 5 tala, along the water front to the Sail bar for lunch and a cold beer.Try the Taumeasina hide way bar too, family owner, fun with a view over the lagoon to the resort. Beautiful Samoa

Lovely stay at the Samoan Outrigger - friendly, hospitable staff. Our room was clean & spacious with it's own fridge, air con, good bathroom and lighting. Lovely clean, outdoor area, and nice big pool.
About a 25-min walk to the Town Centre. Close to Le Manumea for evening dinner & show, and main taxi rank 2 steps away. Giordano's for pizza a 4-min walk, Mai gym nearby, and Touch Massage for a spa treat (reception can help you book). This was a great stay!

I loved everything about this place - the house was very good for our family. The hosts happily greeted us upon arrival and were very friendly throughout our stay at this beautiful place. We will definitely stay again if we visit Samoa and this place is available very beautiful place to stay. Thank you Athena and your beautiful family :)
