Beautiful Hotel!!! Comfortable bed, room! New hotel.. Wonderful staff.. From the, night and day. You can park the car in front of without charge. They have a nice restaurant at hotel... The hotel is quiet... Atention: due the renovations at road/streets near hotel the Googlemap maybe put you at wrong lane.. So pay attention.

The staff is amazing. I arrived at 9:30am. I asked to leave my stuff, however my room was ready so they let me check in at that time. They also allowed me to have the breakfast at the hotel at no additional charge for that morning. the room was very, very clean as well. This is a very overall nice hotel with very helpful staff.

Friendly and wonderful staff both at the reception and restaurant. We just stayed one night but would go back again when the weather is better. Good food and wonderful breakfast. Lovely town to visit.

The rooms were pretty, very clean, and looked brand new. The location was an easy walk to the old town. The breakfast, served just a few steps from the hotel, was excellent.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Bujtina Jaki. The staff were incredibly polite, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were not only spotless and fresh-smelling, but also really nice and cosy—perfect for relaxing after a day out in Gjakova.
