Bloubergstrand is one of my favourite places.
Bloubergstrand is one of my favourite places. The view of Table Mountain across the bay is incredible. There are lovely walks, either along the promenade or along the beach, restaurants close by, and one can run, cycle, swim, kiteboard etc., and shopping malls close by.

The breathtaking views, cleanliness, value for money, and security are all great. We ate at Ons Huisie, went to the Big Blue shopping centre and had a conference at Blue Peter. We also had some cocktails at Blue Peter on the Sunday PMGroveSouth Africa - Scored 1010
I love Bloubergstrand.
I love Bloubergstrand. It has a wonderful promenade and I always feel safe as there are always people out running and walking. The view of the mountain is breathtaking, and there are plenty of restaurants.Sally - Scored 8.08.0

Bloubergstrand is beautiful, but the accomodation and reception awful. My partner has hip/back problems. I have compromised lungs after covid. Endless steep stairs to climb! Room was cramped, smelly. Seems like a little storage room. No view. Door lock not secure. Serious maintenance needed. At pool ashtray was full of smelly cigarette butts and wet tissue. We left same day, will never go back to Oceansnest. Driving from George, to come to this, stress of finding another accommodation, was very disappointing. Now for refund??? We had the most amazing two weeks staying here. The hosts were super friendly and very helpful with tips to do in the area. We will definitely come back here next time we visit Cape Town. Huge recommendation!
