This was more than just a farm stay. We loved the homely accommodation, beautiful scenery and the wildlife roaming around the house. The nearby river makes for wonderful fun with the kids. A great place to relax and also plenty to explore.

    We enjoyed the simplicity. You have everything you need right here. This seems to be an old farmhouse. Cozy fireplace inside the living room. View from two front facing rooms is beautiful. Dont expect modern finishes. Expect to connect with family in front of a warm fireplace or watch the sunrise with a blanket and a coffee on the stoep Take some board games for the cold winter nights and some outdoor shoes to enjoy a walk around to appreciate the beautiful spaces.

    The location is perfect for exploring the Overberg including De Hoop, Arniston etc. The cottage has been beautifully restored while keeping its authenticity. The facilities are excellent and the beds very comfortable.
