Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The spa treatments were good and worth the money. My TV was not working for the duration of the stay; there was no water in my bathroom on the last day; the facility played loud music daily so there was no peace and quiet; the toilet would run water without stopping sometimes. Cottage had everything we needed and beds were really comfortable. We had the place to ourselves which was awesome. Just a note that often both the mountain and valley lodges are booked out by groups, which means the hotel restaurant isn't always open.
