United StatesThe staff, especially the manager Tracy, went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable before, during, and even after our stay.
Upon arrival, we were offered coffee and tea, and our rooms were ready and heated. That night, and throughout our stay, our family of 11 were allowed to use the dining room for meals. When we left, the staff found we'd left behind several items of value, and they worked with us to make sure we were reunited with our stuff.
Service like this is what sets apart places like this... I cannot recommend this venue any more highly. Truly, above and beyond service and care!
And the place itself? Immaculate! Beautiful. Clean and tidy. The staff went out of their way to make sure there were board games to play for our youngest family members, and checked in throughout the 2 days to make sure we were comfortable by providing fresh towels, bed turn down service, etc.

This estate is located at a very good spot with nice surroundings, the mall of Africa is at a 2 minutes driving, the estate security system is efficient to prevent theft, robbery and it dissuades the intentions of criminal attacks, thinks that we fear in Johannesburg. But the owner needs to put emphasis on the rooms cleanliness

We were very dissapointed on all ameneties that was promised on the site, therefore we want some sort of refund.
From all our work trips to JHB, this was disgusting to experience such bad sevice from the owners inspite of us telling them of our issues whilst we there.
I will not book at this place again, until we get some compensation back for all our poor facilites.

My event was in kyalami so Midrand was a good location.
My event was in kyalami so Midrand was a good location. Night life however is terrible… struggled with Ubers late at night and also restaurants and night life closes up around 10pm so if you looking for some after work chill/fun, Midrand isn’t the place.

The convenience to walk around spots such as the Boulder Mall although it closes very early 6pm, McDonalds, Gallagher Conference Centre. The area around the station, I would meet people openly smoking weed, that was very strange to me.

I am currently staying at Sienna Sunny Stay in Midrand, I highly recommend this guest house and a few more of their private apartments, Sienna Stay also in Midrand. Kudakwashe the Manager is quite an on-hands Manager committed to making each stay such a marvel, the assistant staff members are equally professional diligently carried out their duties to clean and serve clients with a smile. I have also have an opportunity to meet the young owner, he is quite involved in his business and invests time to ensure the place is operated professionally to please clients and ensure that each stay is memorable.

Jolly Suites is the place you want to be whenever you visit South Africa. Desiree is such an amazing host, she will make sure you are settled in nicely and comfortably. She’s always available to all requests and she will make sure she exceeds your expectations, this is definitely my home away from home! I am going nowhere when I am in Johannesburg apart from Jolly Suites

The property is close to Kyalami and Midrand. As well as close to a shopping centre with a Woolworths and Spar close by. The rooms were spacious and had fully fitted kitchens for self catering. The breakfasts were good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was ample parking and you could park very close to your room.

The theme and beautiful features of the place makes this lodge Luxurious. I will definitely stay here again. The area (of midrand) surrounding this lodge looks concerning but the friendly staff made me feel welcomed, the hightened and friendly security made me feel safe.
