Amazing place amongst the wild animals, lodge was super equipped and decorated, a chef was there for all the meals, so we didnt have to cook, amazing and tasty food. Warm welcome by Unelle with all the explanations for our 2 nights stay. Game drive was super private and Stephan, our guide, shared his passion on all type of animals with us and the kids. He was super knowledgeable on everything. Bush walk with the giraffe is a good souvenir for the kids too. Definitievely we will come back!

Mossel Bay is a great base to stay and explore the hotel had its faults but would stay there again. The reception staff were great just a pity some of the rest of the staff weren't up to the same standard
Mossel Bay is very popular and during peak holiday seasons it is over crowded - so try and avoid. other times of the year it is a very pleasant and definitely worth a visit. It is easy to walk about. Make sure you visit the harbor side where you will find amazing restaurants and eateries. The zipline is a must! People are friendly.
I love the place a lot. It was like oversea. It was comfortable to walk and look at the different places. Most restaurants and cafe are few and going to Mall is bit far. We had to buy take aways from outside the shop. The Mossel Bay place is very great and you will enjoy a lot..
We went to Mossel Bay on our way down to Cape Town, whilst we were there we played Pinnacle Point Golf Course which was absolutely amazing. We ate at The Gannet which is well worth a visit plus there is a Gin Bar next door
We enjoy the beaches. The water was cold, but comfortable. Some of the beaches accommodate braais and have changing facilities. Our favorite place was The Point as it has a lot of steps for exercise. Beautiful view points too! We mostly made use of take away food like Spar, Romans pizza and MacDonald's. If you have a car, it is very easy to get around Mossel Bay.
The town itself is not very modern, and some , however the waterfront is a nice place for a walk. The lighthouse is very interesting, and the staff exceptionally helpful. The gannet restaurant is great for food and wine, although if you do not like children running around, avoid.
Mossel Bay
If we come back to Mossel Bay, we‘d definitely stay in the lookout guesthouse again! The view over the city and the ocean from the huge terrace is amazing, breakfast was really really good, the house itself is stunningly beautiful, the super friendly hosts Herman and Elzanne put a lot of thought into every detail. Plus they make you feel at a five star hotel and at home at the same time! Best accommodation during our travels through SA. Thanks again Herman and Elzanne!
Mossel Bay
Starting from Dave&Wendy. The best hosts we ever had. They let us feel so much at home and like a part of their family. They helped us with booking for shark diving(2 minutes from the hotel), told us wonderful stories and especially made the most delicious and fresh breakfast in south Africa. The hotel is really nice and there is everything you need inside. Great value and very good and safe location. They really worth 100 in booking rate and not 10.
Mossel Bay
This was the 2nd time here and thoroughly enjoyed the self catering apartment and especially the location. I went with my whole family and inlaws and staff accommodated to have all four apartments next to each other. On the 3rd day, I also enjoyed some pampering at the beauty salon at the hotel. Kids loved the waterpark which is in walking distance. Would definately come again December.
Mossel Bay
Andrea is very welcoming and provides recommendations on things to do in the area. The room is not self catering, you are however provided with essentials should you bring home food (takeaways) and want to warm it, the room has a coffee station, bar fridge and microwave with crockery and cutlery. Stunning place, will highly recommend, wish we stayed longer.
I normally don't eat breakfast, and I found it bland. The Point Hotel has the greatest location on the peninsula, it's spending overlooking the ocean and the zipline was unbelievable. The locale has wonderful restaurants and the atmosphere was electric. It is a definite must see and will have a return visit for many years to come.
Mossel Bay
We had an absolutely wonderful time at the Mossel Bay Golf Lodge. From the moment we arrived, Mr. Lawrence and the staff took care of us. We enjoyed the wonderful breakfast, the pool and commen areas, and our walks around the neighborhood. It's an easy 7min drive into town.

I proposed to my partner here. Everything was perfect, the private Jacuzzi was incredible in the Presidential Suite! Incredible views from being right on the beach :)
Mossel Bay
The property is enclosed, which was ideal for my toddler to move around. The house is bigger than expected. The location is ideal for moving around Mossel Bay.
Apart from the breathtaking view and cleanliness-It was central to lovely restaurants, right on the beach and very close to town.
Mossel Bay
Best location, right on the beach, waves are so loud , you have to close the window to sleep 😀 Very friendly and helpful staff!
