Lots to see and do here.

Lots to see and do here. We managed to do the Point of Human Origins tour with the added bonus of seeing the Mosaic Tunnel Project currently underway - would love to come back and see it finished, and visited the Dias Museum Complex in the little time we had here. Great little restaurants down by the harbour!

This is a real gem in South Africa, the people and places...

This is a real gem in South Africa, the people and places are its real assets!! A pity new development has taken away some of the old architecture and charm but there is still enough heritage to enjoy. The eateries are stellar with not one disappointment in 10 days. A charming place we will not miss going back even when passing by. Vista do Mar😁 is special as is the museum, George offers slightly better shopping on bad weather days, but Mossel Bay has everything C P Coffee is a life changing experience as is Vincent’s

Mossel Bay is such a wonderful place to visit on holiday.

Mossel Bay is such a wonderful place to visit on holiday. Loads of restaurant and shopping options as well as a beautiful beach to walk or suntan on. The ocean is really beautiful to swim in too. Great locality to nearby destinations I.e Hartenbos and George. Definitely worth the visit

    Santos beach was absolutely amazing.

Santos beach was absolutely amazing. I could swim in the sea without being scared of rough waves. Santos beach as well as Diaz beach is very clean and a pleasure to swim in and take long walks on. STARS Restaurant, Hennie's Mossel bay restaurant and the Spur at The Point were well worth going to. It just seems that everything in Mossel Bay works. The only thing, if I really have to complain about, is the main road that they are bussy working on, but I also know that when that is finished, it will be pleasure to drive on.

The scenic view in Mossel Bay is amazing.

The scenic view in Mossel Bay is amazing. The beaches and actual hiking at the Point was wonderful and breath-taking. The Malls could stay open a bit later. That would be nice and also the lack of Halaal Restaurants was sad. Other than that - It's an awesome place and every shop we entered we were welcomed whole-heartedly. People in Mossel Bay are very friendly too.

We stayed only 1 night and the ocean view rooms were not available. We chose to stay at a pool view family room and it was gorgeous. So I can’t imagine how beautiful are the ocean view rooms :) It was my husband’s birthday and the staff helped me for a little surprise of cake. Everything was perfect. The cake was exactly how I wanted to. The view from the hotel patio is just great. Breakfast was delicious and the view makes it more precious :)

It´s a family hotel and it is absoutely amazing what those guys are doing there They are all so warm and friendly it fells like you always knew them. They call you by your name from the very start and everything is flawless. From the food to the ammenities. Then there are the safaris, lot of wildlife to see. We saw some stuff (no spoillers here) we did not see even in Krugger The rangers are awesome too. Could not recomend more.

Good hotel in one of not-so-many higher buildings in Mossel Bay which allows you to enjoy beautiful sunrises over the ocean from your balcony. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. We left earlier, which is why we couldn't have breakfast in the restaurant, but they packed a great breakfast box for us (including yoghurt and muesli, fruits and drinks).
