Beautiful beach, the Wreck restuarant and Beaver Creek...
Beautiful beach, the Wreck restuarant and Beaver Creek coffee is a must visit. Small town feeling with a Super Spar and some shops to keep the family happy. Son enjoyed photography during the visit to the "Red desert" and we visited Caribbean estate for two days.Guest review byAnonymous - 8.0

Dont go to KFC in Port Edward,the staff mess you around , they dont know what they doing there. No customer care they got no clue . What they show on the borrds is out of date, expired advertisement. Port Edward is a cute little town.
Port Edward is a cute little town. We stopped at Banana Mac to play some mini putt and purchased some amazing goodies from the shop. They have everything you could imagine, including delicious cheeses, jams, chocolate, macadamia nuts, toys, groceries, even a gluten free section! We then went to Beaver Creek Coffee Estate, which have a series of trails for hiking running or biking. We came too late in the day so we were able to pay 35 Rand each and do the bottomless coffee (they even had dairy free milk for me). This was a delicious stop and we bought some coffee. The beaches are nice and we enjoyed our time here!Guest review byAnonymous

The home has a lovely entertainment area with a sparkling blue pool which is also quite huge. Harold was exceptional as a host, accommodating an early check in. The living areas could do with some fans or aircon units as the place gets extremely hot. All in all Ashton Villa is a little gem in Port Edward as the town and beach itself isn't the greatest anymore over the peak festive season.
