The staff was incredible, and our stay there was like a dream. the rooms are better than the photos. it was so good that we decided to book another night after we got there. I would recommend that you book things like golf and wine tasting in advance and not wait until the last second like we did as we didn't have room for the wine tasting. other then that it was perfect.

Breathtaking views in the pool area. It felt like a treat to be able to hang out there and relax. short walk to beautiful wineries like Takara and Delaire Graffe. Staff were helpful in making reservations and renovations. The welcome drinks and cheese platter were a nice touch.

The room was luxurious and spacious. Staff were exceptional in providing assistance and sincere in their efforts to ensure your stay was memorable. This is a first class property at affordable rates. Great location for walks along the river, shopping and dining choices. The breakfast is extensive and delicious! I highly recommend River Manor and hope to stay there again on our next trip to Stellenbosch. Lovely hotel and lovely and helpful staff.

    For the foodies - you are just spoilt for choice with...

    For the foodies - you are just spoilt for choice with incredible restaurants all over the town. Beautiful vineyards, exquisite wine farms, you need a month to really see and do it all! Recommendations: hire e bikes and go for a ride. Jonkershoek reserve is magnificent. Incredible restaurants: Fat Butcher, Asta, Vendetta to name a few. Wonderful stores and everything so conveniently located.

    This is a gem of a hotel centrally situated in stellenbosch. Check in was smooth and friendly. Valet service efficient. The staff in this hotel are so friendly and ready to help whenever they can. Breakfast was lovely . The bed in the room was so comfy and everywhere within the hotel was spotless. Downside it needs a bit of an upgrade in the rooms which so quite expensive to what we are use to in Cape Town for the same price. All in all a good central hotel with everything u need

    We've been staying at different establishments/hotels in Stellenbosch over the past 7 years - this will definitely be one to add. The apartment is in walking distance of shops and restaurants. Controlled access and visible security on site ensures safety and secure parking. Everything was clean and tidy with welcoming snacks on arrival. Our host was easily accessible and friendly with no problems accessing the apartment. The flat(nr 24) is on the ground floor.
