We recently enjoyed a three-night stay at Graceland Eco Retreat, and it was everything we hoped for in a peaceful getaway. From the start, Anders and Douglas were exceptional hosts, providing clear and helpful communication that made planning our visit seamless. Upon arrival, Anders warmly welcomed us and introduced us to our beautiful, modern yet cozy unit, which was impeccably prepared. The daily-serviced accommodation, complete with a generous supply of firewood for braais, truly exceeded our expectations. One of the highlights of our stay was spotting the resident giraffes and other wildlife right on the property—an unforgettable experience! Another delightful touch was meeting their charming Cocker Spaniels, Phoenix and Sadé, who instantly made us feel at home. Graceland’s location is ideal, offering tranquility and privacy while being conveniently close to Haenertsburg and other attractions in Magoebaskloof. We especially loved that it was far enough removed from the hustle and bustle to ensure complete relaxation. To top it all off, our breakfast on the last morning was a culinary delight—creative, fresh, and far from the usual bacon-and-eggs fare. Graceland Eco Retreat is truly a dream destination, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene escape. We’ll definitely be back!

Hostess was extremely helpful and so very friendly. One could not have asked for more. Room had everything needed for self catering and drinking water and milk were provided, as well as tea and coffee. I was sad to leave this lovely guest house with its beautiful gardens. Thank you Marietjie for a wonderful few days. I hope to be back again.

Very comfortable and beautiful 4 bedroom farm house 🥰. It is as breath taking as advertised on pictures. We enjoyed every moment of our stay as a family, the kitchen is fully stacked with all necessary equipment. We didn't do some of our activities because we enjoyed the house too much. Very clear communication from the host too. The house can be booked as a family like we did, or as a group of friends or couples. The guest room was my personal favorite, getting the kids enjoying the inside of the house at night in their 3 bedrooms, and parents having a beautiful garden view in a private room with hot tub in the garden 😍.

The place is amazing, greatest value for money. Even though there was a storm when we arrived and load shedding was on, the owner made sure that the inverter was working, we had electricity and hot water. What you see on the pictures is an understatement of the amazing place your gonna find.
