Excellent position - our room had a great view of the sea. Some nice touches in the room - we particularly appreciated the milk in a jug in the fridge. Friendly waiting staff in the restaurant for dinner. Good choice for breakfast.

Great apartment that was spotlessly clean. The facilities / amenities were just like being home. Iona was a fantastic host, she left so many treats for us all over the apartment - thank you! It felt like going to grandma’s house (not in terms of age difference but in terms of all the treats)! Everything about Top Deck was top tier. And great value for money too! The mere fact that we have been back to the Arniston hotel at least 4 times in the past few years should be an indication of the excellence offered. The facilities are just right, the view from our room was magnificent and the room itself was very spacious and comfortable. We cannot fault the food and the service was very good. A beautiful community with a long history of fishing and shipping. The history book that was on the table of my accommodation provided fascinating backstory of the area. The restaurants I went to, were clean, great food and a very friendly owners/staff. Arniston was also a great location to base from when exploring the sites nearby.LLindaCanada - Scored 1010

We were met and welcomed by most polite and professional staff. Room-service is fast; delivered by friendly, courteous personnel. The food is extremely tasty and value for money. To our surprise, the daily refreshments tray in the room consisted of the usual teas, coffees, fresh milk in the fridge and; here’s the surprise: filter-coffee with a plunger! Plus sachets of drinking chocolate! And while you enjoy these treats, you are treated to an ever-changing view over Waenhuiskrans Bay

I know Arniston well it's not my first visit. If you are looking for a real fishing destination it's here along the beach. It's a quite.. serene getaway where you want to relax.. not dash out shopping or fighting traffic or finding false entertainment. A bucket list destination, that is just mind blowing. We used to live permanently in Arniston and we now return as often as we can. It is food for the soul and has a mind-blowing atmosphere and presence. It is not for the bright light, city life, types. but rather for those who want to appreciate nature in its perfection and serenity at its best. The walk to the wreck site (if the wind/storms were kind) is a must, and so too the Cave and the Beacon and the Dunes, and the list goes on and on...... Arniston is a piece of heaven.MarcAustralia
