Hello Francisco!
Well, if you don't want to go to the Canary Islands for a bath, I don't recommend you go in March. It's usually good weather all year round, but he thinks the sea water is very cold. So, for bathing, it's better to go in the summer.

I disagree, with all due respect. I bathed in Maspalomas on New Year's Day, no problem. If you're not particularly cold, you can bathe in March.

Sure, it all depends on your body temperature. You can take a bath all year if you want. I was just warning that the water is pretty cold.

I live in Madrid and low for the islands especially in winter for the good weather. Depending on the island you choose, you may or may not bathe. I usually go south to the island of Gran Canaria, which is where you can find the best weather. In March I was from 6 to 12 and I was able to bathe perfectly. Now, think that is ocean and not Mediterranean, so the water will always be colder. I often choose beaches without water streams, such as coves or coves (if the water does not move densely the temperature will be higher). If the water still seems cold to you, I recommend that you just go to the beach to sunbathe and then use the hotel pool; many hotels have heated outdoor pools.
I'm telling you, you'll probably find good weather, but it depends a lot on the island you've chosen. I was in Fuerteventura in November, Corralejo, and I did not get to touch the water just because it was very windy (hence it is called Fuerte-Ventura). The best island in winter is Gran Canaria in the far south (Maspalomas, Puerto Rico, Anfi)
Whatever the island, there are always activities and what to do to have a good day.
I hope you enjoy paradise.
a greeting,
