I can’t use my booking due to new government rules - can booking sort out a refund?
We are due to go for 5 nights away in May but have now been told we have to isolate for 12 weeks due to the Coronavirus and having recent surgery and a baby. Is there anything that’s https://booking.com can do to help? The property basically says it’s not something they can help with but we aren’t allowed to travel. It was a non refundable stay but surely
