Refund of accommodation due to corona virus

I had booked through bookings.com my accommodation in Hawaii 11-15 May, 2020, we are clearly now unable to go and you do not answer your phones to advise will I get a full refund regardless of if it was non refundable or not. Trying to find a dedicated email to bookings.com is impossible, Can someone please reply

Thanks , I have tried ringing busfyetvskl the number selections and press 1fit this 3 for that when I gig yo the d Ed no they said pretty much “ too bad we’ve too busy for your call “ , not really good enough and now I can’t get any advise, no messsges or emails being answered

Thanks yes I'm sure they are flat out, however I contacted the accommodation direct and they contacted bookings.com on my behalf as I couldn't get through and they have agreed to fully refund my payment even though I booked non refundable, so stocked with both Aqua Pacific monach and bookings.com for this> will definitely keep using both.

I'm hoping we get the same response from hotel we have booked with no cancellation ! In this present situation I think it's only fair we get refund or option to rebook later in the year ! We shouldnt ne out of pocket either way !
