Hello I would like to acquire a refund (US$76.43) for my reservation for the trip of the two adults(Abdulaziz Alsulami + Qasem Abu Al-Haija) which we have reserved two weeks ago (Confirmation number: 2910237398/Extended Stay America - Raleigh - North - Wake Forest Road). Indeed, we prepared our self to travel but to attend the IEEE SoutheastCon2020 to present our scientific papers but before two hours we just received an email informing about canceling the conference by the order of US government due to Corona Virus. Therefore, we would appreciate your understanding as Corona Virus is becoming a worldwide issue, and provide us with full refund to the same credit card used at the payment process.

Please note that we coontatced you on the same day and from that day to this moment we are trying to call you (we called the hotel itself they said that we need to contact https://Booking.Com , but no one is answering our calls or emails)

We are having the same problem with https://Booking.com. The hotel that we were booked at said we could get our entire amount back but https://Booking.com kept $79.90. Of course, you can't get ahold of anyone at the company and they haven't replied to me either. I will keep requesting this amount. Every other company is understanding and returning our costs but this company isn't - I think it's a disgrace.

I had the same issue...No one to talk to at https://booking.com. Hotel had already canceled the trip and refunded "non-refundable" money back to my account. But https://booking.com was continuing to show the reservation as confirmed and the hotel stated that https://booking.com still has my credit card number and could still charge it unless it it canceled on https://booking.com website. I finally found this website and called: https://www.booking.com/content/offices.html

The issue is simpler, just refund the money of booking since you know very well we did not even move form our houses as the government canceled all trips, events, and all hotel reservations.

I called the hotel itself and they closed the phone on my face!!

WHat to do now, please help in this
