Don't bother just trying to leave Vietnam now with all other tourists, all sites shut for the next two weeks at least. Most likely this will continue for longer. If you come over you run the risk of being put into a wider quarantine with other travellers if they decide to. No hostels, hotels or homestays are excepting bookings.

If you have home and family here. Then might be OK...Im not sure if there is a mandatory quarantine or not. Hope you get to where you want to be.
