Tips for traveling with kids in Tokyo

I just want to ask for tips because we are traveling to Tokyo on March 20-24, 2020. We will mostly go to Disney Sea and most of Tokyo. Are strollers okay with train stations and walking in the streets? And which is better, Pasmo or Suica? Thank you so much!

Try searching for, say, “Tokyo children” and you’ll get lots of links to useful sites ... like this one -

Suica and Pasmo are effectively interchangeable, so it doesn’t really matter. Both of them now have ‘tourist’ versions, valid for 28 days. The Suica version doesn’t require the usual ¥500 deposit but doesn’t permit any refunds. I think the Pasmo version still requires the ¥500 deposit so no idea why anybody would bother with it (just get a regular one). If you have iPhones 8 or later, you can add a virtual Suica to Apple Wallet and top it up with any card in Apple Pay. Get a child Suica at a ticket office.
