Hen weekend booked. End of April. Sykes cottages in UK. Won't refund. Even though government have said not to travel. They refuse refund. Party of 15 going

https://Booking.com emailed me to say my owners had decided to let me cancel for free despite their cancellation fee policy. Now the owners have emailed me saying it was a mistake and reneging! Does that mean all owners can reneg on the free cancellation on a booking when you have paid? I wonder!!

To the person who put the post re their hen weekend i suggest you TELEPHONE first thing tommorow morning UK Booking. Com Customer Service their number is 0208 612 8000, they should be able to facilitate a reimbursement, have the pin number of your reservation to hand.
