Barcelona - not able to contact hotel - what to do?
I am not able to get in touch with my hotel not by phone nor by email. I sent a request for refund to booking assistance.
They told me that they will contact the hotel and after 48 hours I received a reply that "We have not received a response from the property" and that I need to contact the hotel.
this is not my fault, due to coronavirus Barcelona is not accessible, so I need to get a refund even partially.
Please help me, there is no response from hotel not by phone nor by email. #Booking.com
