I have a booking for Langham Hotel Northampton for 1 night, 2 rooms 1-2 april. Hotel refuses to cancel due to Coronavirus and have taken out the full amount from my account today. I am so.angry

Managed to get a refund on a non refundable apartment despite the manager insisting he wasn't going to give it to me. I emailed customer.services@booking.com and uploaded the government guidelines on having to stay home, the one issued Monday night stating that it was now mandatory. I hope this helps
