Why will hotel not refund all or any monies due to corona virus cancellation?? We had booked it 9th feb 2020 before any pandemic outbreak so chose non refundable option as every intention of going as train and theatre tickets also booked and paid for. The government have advised not to travel so we should be getting some sort of refund or option to change dates???

The hotel for which I made the reservation for the month of March closed its facilities in the time I would stay at it, I have called the hotel and to change the date for later but they tell me they can only do it if they make the request from Booking. So I contacted Booking by phone and e-mail making the request about it but after five days I have been in this process they still give me an answer. I am about to conclude that this is a lack of responsibility on the part of Booking, it has been long enough and they are not telling me anything.
