Marbella: places to stay

Good morning, I made a booking about a month ago of an accommodation through booking.
Problem is, I can't find the confirmation email, and when I log in, it doesn't look like I made any reservations.
I have called the accommodation and indeed my reservation appears through booking for that weekend.
How can I cancel it? Booking does not take calls without confirmation code
