I booked a 4 night stay for Ocean City, Maryland for June back in early January through https://Booking.com Now with the Corona epidemic, I can't get a refund! It is a non-refundable booking but, I wasn't expecting Corona Virus epidemic before my vacation plans either! Anyone has any suggestions? I can't change my reservations! The hotel refuses to give any refunds because it was booked by https://Booking.com. So, you mean to tell me I've lost $1,000.00 of MY money?! I want to know who I can contact to get a REFUND! This really stinks! Neither hotel nor https://Booking.com is accommodating at all!
