First of all, Chizuko, the owner is spectacular. She meet us at the metro gate and she accompanied us to the apartment in order to be sure that we arrive easily. Furthermore, during all our stay, she took care to make sure we were comfortable during the stay and the last day she helped us to send our luggage to Kyoto. The flat is cozy, big, clean and comfortable. The location is 3 minutes from a JR station so it was really easy to visit all the places at Tokyo. If we will be back to Tokyo, for sure we will stay back here.
