The property was in a good location and in generally good repair. The building was easy to access and once you realized that there were four sister buildings it was a little easier to navigate and get others to navigate. Servicing was offered mid-stay. Washing machines are a great addition.

The property is part of the Palm Springs condo complex which is conveniently located on the fringes of the Nimman area. Facilities wise, tiny gym and a decent sized pool. But the Fountain condo also has a back entrance which makes it easy to get to the restaurants, cafes, and spas nearby. The room itself was very clean, and well supplied with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Ideal for digital nomads, the internet was stable and strong, and suitably furnished.

The apartment is very stylish and located on the 8th floor of a super luxurious condo. It is very clean, safe and secure. The infinity rooftop pool is the highlight as it gives a panoramic view over Chaing Mai. A must to have a dip at sunrise and sunset. :) The host was very communicative both before and during the stay. There is also a 7/11 right across the road which was very convenient.
