The place is very clean and tidy, amenities are very new and were supported all our needs. The neighbourhood is very calm, quiet and peaceful. The owner himself was available to support for all our needs, very friendly and respectful individual. He facilitated our stay was very comfortable. Highly recommend to any looking for temporary accommodation.

OCEAN BREEZE - WAVES LUXURY CONDO se nachází v Negombu a nabízí venkovní bazén, fitness centrum, bar a ubytování s bezplatným Wi-Fi a výhledem na moře. The apartment was spotless. Everything was thought of, such as towels, water, and shampoos. Nice place with 2 spacious bedrooms with a fantastic view. The host is very polite and friendly. Location is good, and there is a fully equipped kitchen.

We rented two studio's with friends and our studio was very nice and new. Our friends'studio however was mucht more bare-bone. hence the rating of 8, a mix of 7 and 9. Location is close to the beach and many restaurants close by. Swimming pool on the roof is a great asset!
