The owner, Mr. Janak Dias and his caretaker are both very helpful . We hope to go there again when we visit Sri Lanka.

We rented two studio's with friends and our studio was very nice and new. Our friends'studio however was mucht more bare-bone. hence the rating of 8, a mix of 7 and 9. Location is close to the beach and many restaurants close by. Swimming pool on the roof is a great asset!
