Amenities: The condo was VERY clean and well-maintained. The kitchenette was fully stocked with cookware and utensils. The stove and fridge both worked well. The fans and AC was enough to dry everything after going to cenotes. The pool was clean and cute. The wifi was fast. There was a locked safe that could store plenty of paperwork, passports, and kindles. Staff: Massimo was very kind and responsive to any questions. Though we never met the cleaning staff directly, they did a wonderful job. Location: Very close to a Walmart, good street food, and excellent non-tourist-trap restaurants. Far enough away from Quinta Avenida to not hear the revelry but close enough to be accessible. 10-15 minute walk from both Turistica and Alterna ADO bus stations. We felt safe walking around in the area even at 10PM. Overall, an excellent choice for people who want to go on lots of excursions and for people who want to eat delicious food! Don't waste the thousands of dollars at an all-inclusive, save money on this excellent condo and spend that money on excursions!

The property is in a great location right next to 5th Ave. The property offers great facilities with a great pool and hot tub. The property was very clean and the host was so quick to respond to any questions that we had.

The apartment had everything I needed — everything worked flawlessly, and I never felt any discomfort. The pool was an absolute dream — crystal clear, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable. A perfect place to relax and disconnect from the outside world. But what truly impressed me the most was the woman managing the apartment. She was always available, incredibly kind, attentive, and genuine. Her care and support made me feel safe and completely at ease — that kind of hospitality is rare and so valuable. The location is another great advantage — everything is close by, yet the area is peaceful and quiet. The perfect balance between convenience and tranquility. And the best part — the price was surprisingly affordable. For such a high level of comfort and service, it was a fantastic value. I received far more than I expected. This place was a true discovery for me. If you’re looking for an apartment that is beautiful, comfortable, quiet, with a pool, excellent service, and at a fair price — this is the one. The house has everything you need to enjoy your days, the swimming pool is so good, and you have kitchen, laundry, refigretator, coffee maker even with capsules of coffe, definetely if i will travel again to puerto morelos, this will be my option. We normally went out to know puerto morelos downtown, akumal, playa del carmen and many cenotes, at the end of the day we arrive to swimm.

Acogedor Condo a metros de la 5ta Avenida se nachází v centru města Playa del Carmen a poskytuje venkovní bazén, fitness centrum, terasu a ubytování s výhledem na město. Everything! Room is super spacious, close to main street and all attractions. Rooftop pool was very intimate as not many people used it when we’ve been there.
