Owner were friendly and gave very clear instruction on what and how. Surprised me when I saw the cleanliness of the toilet and bedroom, aircon were function good my friend and I having a awesome time in the condo. Unfortunately I have no time to enjoy the facilities like swimming pool, game room, gym. Can't actually walk to ioicity mall but drive to there from condo is quite near and easy, avoided traffic jam location.
